Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ms.Baby, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


How to Request a Return

Email us at ms.babystoree@gmail.com to start the return process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your item

Note: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ms.babystoree@gmail.com so we can make it right.

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Sale items (final sale)

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Submit a return for the original item, and place a new order for the updated one.


EU Customers – Cooling-Off Period

If you’re located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — no reason required. Items must meet our standard return conditions.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or provider to post the funds
